BabySTEPs: Supporting Transitions for Expectant and Postpartum Parents – Research
The goal of the BabySTEPs research study is to develop a tailored text messaging intervention to address alcohol use in the early postpartum period. We are comparing different types of messages in terms of their acceptability to the target audience as well as their impact on motivation, self-efficacy, and alcohol use.
